Welcome to BeautyMe. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules and conditions for accessing, installing, and using our mobile application. By using BeautyMe, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the app.

1. Agreement to These Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using BeautyMe, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or meet the minimum age required in your country.

If you are under 18, you should use BeautyMe only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Permission to Use the App

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable permission to use BeautyMe for personal beauty, fashion, hairstyle, and shopping-related purposes.

You must not:

  • Copy, sell, rent, or redistribute the app or its content.
  • Use the app for illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading purposes.
  • Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app source code.
  • Use automation tools, bots, or unauthorized methods to access or misuse the app.
  • Use the app in a way that harms other users, the app, or our services.

3. BeautyMe App Features

BeautyMe may provide features such as:

  • Face scan or face analyzer tools
  • Outfit scan or fashion analyzer tools
  • Hairstyle preview or hairstyle change tools
  • Beauty product recommendations
  • Beauty product shop features
  • Personalized beauty and style suggestions
  • AI-powered or automated recommendation features

These features are designed to help users explore beauty, fashion, hairstyle, and product ideas in a simple and friendly way.

BeautyMe does not guarantee that every suggestion, scan result, hairstyle preview, outfit idea, or product recommendation will be perfectly accurate or suitable for every user.

4. No Medical or Professional Advice

BeautyMe is not a medical, dermatology, cosmetic surgery, or professional healthcare service.

Any beauty insights, skin-related suggestions, face analysis, product recommendations, or style suggestions provided through the app are for general personal guidance and entertainment purposes only.

You should not use BeautyMe as a replacement for advice from a qualified doctor, dermatologist, beauty professional, or other licensed expert.

If you have skin conditions, allergies, medical concerns, or product sensitivity issues, please consult a qualified professional before using any beauty product or following any recommendation.

5. User Images, Uploads, and Content

Some features in BeautyMe may require you to upload or scan photos, including face images, outfit images, hairstyle references, or other personal images.

By uploading content to BeautyMe, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to upload and use that content.
  • The content does not violate another person’s rights.
  • The content is not illegal, harmful, abusive, offensive, or inappropriate.
  • You will not upload images of another person without permission.

Uploaded images may be processed to provide app features such as beauty analysis, hairstyle previews, outfit suggestions, or product recommendations.

Any personal data or uploaded content collected through the app will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Account and User Information

Some BeautyMe features may require account details, user profile information, device information, or other identification details.

You agree to provide accurate and updated information when required.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account information secure.
  • All activity under your account.
  • Avoiding account sharing that may lead to misuse.
  • Informing us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

7. Beauty Product Shop

BeautyMe may include a beauty product shop or product browsing feature where users can view, explore, or purchase beauty-related products.

Product information, images, prices, availability, delivery details, and offers may change from time to time.

We try to provide accurate product information, but we do not guarantee that all product details will always be error-free, complete, or up to date.

Before purchasing or using any product, you are responsible for checking:

  • Product ingredients
  • Usage instructions
  • Allergy warnings
  • Suitability for your skin, hair, or personal needs
  • Return, refund, and delivery conditions

8. Payments, Premium Access, and Subscriptions

BeautyMe may offer premium features, paid services, subscriptions, digital access, or product purchases through supported payment methods such as Google Play payments, card payments, mobile billing, or other available providers.

All payments are handled according to the rules of the relevant payment provider or platform.

Premium features or subscriptions may include access to advanced beauty analysis, hairstyle previews, outfit recommendations, special product offers, or other paid app features.

Paid features are generally non-refundable unless required by law, platform policy, or payment provider policy.

9. Unsubscribe and Cancellation

If you no longer want to use BeautyMe premium services or subscriptions, you can cancel using the unsubscribe or cancellation option provided inside the app, through Google Play, or through the relevant payment provider.

After cancellation, you may continue to access premium features until the end of the current billing period, depending on the payment provider’s policy.

10. User Conduct

You agree to use BeautyMe respectfully and responsibly.

You must not:

  • Upload harmful, abusive, offensive, or inappropriate content.
  • Upload images of others without permission.
  • Harass, threaten, insult, or abuse other users.
  • Use the app to promote harmful beauty standards or body shaming.
  • Attempt to interfere with app operations or security.
  • Use the app for fraud, scams, or unauthorized commercial activities.
  • Exploit bugs, errors, or weaknesses in the app.

If these rules are violated, we may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate your access to BeautyMe.

11. AI and Automated Results Disclaimer

BeautyMe may use AI-powered or automated systems to provide beauty insights, outfit suggestions, hairstyle previews, product recommendations, or other personalized results.

These results are generated based on available data, uploaded images, user selections, and app logic.

AI-generated or automated results may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every user. You should use your own judgment before making beauty, fashion, hairstyle, or purchase decisions.

12. Service Availability

BeautyMe is provided as a digital mobile application. Some features may depend on your internet connection, device performance, camera access, storage access, server availability, third-party services, payment providers, or platform services such as Google Play.

We do not guarantee that BeautyMe will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available on every device.

Some features may be updated, limited, removed, or changed at any time to improve the app or maintain service quality.

13. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content in BeautyMe, including app design, graphics, logos, names, icons, animations, interface elements, text, features, software, and other materials, belongs to BeautyMe or its authorized licensors.

You may not copy, reuse, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any part of BeautyMe without written permission.

14. Updates and App Changes

We may update BeautyMe from time to time. Updates may include new features, design changes, bug fixes, performance improvements, product shop updates, content changes, premium feature changes, or service improvements.

By continuing to use BeautyMe after an update, you agree to the latest version of these Terms.

15. Third-Party Services

BeautyMe may use third-party services such as payment providers, analytics tools, advertising services, cloud services, image processing services, notification services, or platform services.

Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, actions, or services of third-party providers.

16. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information, uploaded images, account details, device information, or usage data collected through BeautyMe will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

17. No Warranty

BeautyMe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not promise that the app will always work perfectly, meet all expectations, provide fully accurate results, or remain available without interruption.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BeautyMe and its team will not be responsible for indirect, accidental, special, or unexpected damages that may result from using or being unable to use the app.

This includes issues related to app results, beauty suggestions, hairstyle previews, outfit recommendations, product purchases, service interruptions, data loss, account access, or third-party services.

19. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to BeautyMe if a user violates these Terms, misuses the app, creates security risks, uploads harmful content, abuses app features, or engages in suspicious or unauthorized activity.

If your account is terminated, you may lose access to your profile, uploaded content, app history, premium features, saved results, rewards, or account-related data.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes related to BeautyMe will be handled under the applicable laws and courts of Sri Lanka.
